We purchase the freshest seasonal products from Moshi’s local markets, placing an emphasis on quality and freshness to guarantee each dish’s palatability and nutritious content. A wide variety of produce, such as fruits, vegetables, fish, steak, and chicken, are included in our menu items. We use a methodical resupply strategy for treks longer than five days in order to keep our team members on the mountain with a consistent supply of fresh food, which guarantees their continued health and well-being during the trip.
For every camping route, we provide a designated mess/dining tent furnished with camping seats and tables as part of our dedication to offering a comfortable dining experience.
